All Service installed a mini split and replaced a dual source heat pump in early July. The mini spit is fine. The heat pump is yet to work properly. At first the cooling system would not turn on. After days of no response to my calls, a tech was dispatched after directly calling the owner. The tech got the system to cool but the fan runs 24/7 unless I turn off the entire system from the panel. After waiting a week for a second tech to diagnose the fan issue I am still waiting. So over a month after my install I still do not have a working system. All Service is No Service. Edit: All Service stepped up and beyond and removed a part from an inventory unit instead of waiting for Bosch. Unfortunately the replacement still did not fix the unit and the owner came out to the house to personally inform me they were replacing the unit with a more expensive Trane at no additional charge. Our experience with All Service (Franklin, NC) has been excellent. Greg Bauguess handled all the pre installation work along with Judy in the office. They were totally on top of things. Brian and John handled the installation of our units and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. They did the little things that matter like making sure everything was back in place and any mess was cleaned up. They actually finished the job ahead of schedule! Read Less

Allservice has been our HVAC service team for over five years. Their service is always top notch and they are responsive and reliable. We recently replaced one of the HVAC systems in our house that is located in a difficult spot. Gio Huayamave and his partner Mathew were excellent. They perservered through three days of thunderstorms with lightening and rain, going up and down the steep hill to the access under the house, and physically hauled the old unit out and the new unit in. The whole time they had smiles on their faces and kept us fully informed, even when they were soaking wet. I wish all servcice vendors were like Gio and Mathew.
